was born in Nordhausen (Thuringia). After first piano lessons at the age of five she changed to violoncello at the age of nine years and by then has been focussing on this instrument.
In 1995 she finished studies in violoncello with Prof. Bruhnhard Böhme in Weimar with concert exam, which was awarded a graduate scholarship of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Bonn.
She absolved post graduate studies in chamber music with Prof. Wolfgang Jahn in Karlsruhe. From 1995 to 1997 Henriette-Luise Neubert was scholar of Kulturstiftung Dresden by Dresdner Bank as a member of orchestra academy of Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden. During this time she studied with Jan Vogler.
From 1998 to 2000 she got her first regular engagement as section leader of violoncelli at Halle Opera. Since 2000 Henriette-Luise Neubert has been playing the cello at Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig.Beside solo performances she is highly addicted to chamber music. Since 2005 Henriette-Luise Neubert has been a member of Bayreuther Festspiele Orchestra.
